Our Principal Consultant, Steve is an extensively experienced people and business manager within the services and industrial sectors. Working at a State Manager level and with a breadth of experience in diverse areas including operations, sales, finance, HR, IR, OH&S and QA.

Solutions Base is a Business Improvement Consultancy that works with business owners, managers and directors on their business to deliver specific outcomes and improved performance. Rather than “off the shelf” solutions, Steve Vindin, Principal Consultant, believes solutions must be tailored to your business, its budget, skill base and the markets within which it operates.
